Does the Elf online store ship items overseas to Belgium?

Unfortunately, Elf doesn’t ship directly to Belgium.

To ship internationally, Elf requires you to have a physical address in the United States. It is there that you will be expected to receive your order.
The good news is that you do not need to live in the United States, or even have relatives or friends that do, for this process to work!
This isn’t widely known, but there are businesses in the USA which have been set up purely to assist consumers with their international shopping.
They are called Freight Forwarders. When you sign up to use their services, they will allocate you a USA address that you can send your US-based deliveries too.

When you’re shopping online and choose to deliver to your allocated Freight Forwarder address, the delivery will be received by their team.
At this point, the Freight Forwarder will ship your package to your address in Belgium.
