All you have to do is sign up with one of these services, and they’ll allocate a U.S. address to you.
When you order online, get your items shipped to this address, and the Freight Forwarder will receive your package and forward it on to you.

You can order from any US-based company and have that company ship your order to your MyUS address. It doesn’t matter that you actually live in Puerto Rico or some other international location. All that matters is that you have a US-based address.
Buy Your Product(S) From the Lenovo Online Store
When you’re shopping online and choose to deliver to your allocated Freight Forwarder address, the delivery will be received by their team.
At this point, the Freight Forwarder will ship your package to your address in Puerto Rico.
