With an account from a Freight Forwarder company and the U.S. based address, you can manage your international shipments.
From the given address, you can send and then ship your order from Urban Outfitters, or any United States company.

You can order from any US-based company and have that company ship your order to your MyUS address. It doesn’t matter that you actually live in Peru or some other international location. All that matters is that you have a US-based address.

The freight forwarder accepts the package on your behalf.
Once the package is received, the freight forwarder will ship the package directly to you in Peru.
