They are called Freight Forwarders. When you sign up to use their services, they will allocate you a USA address that you can send your US-based deliveries too.

You can order from any US-based company and have that company ship your order to your MyUS address. It doesn’t matter that you actually live in Canada or some other international location. All that matters is that you have a US-based address.
Buy Your Product(S) From the Xidax Online Store
The freight forwarder accepts the package on your behalf.
Once the package is received, the freight forwarder will ship the package directly to you in Canada.
